Terms & Conditions

• All reservations require a deposit or full payment, depending on the supplier. 
• Prices are subject to change until confirmed and paid. 
• Curated Travels is not responsible for price increases made by travel suppliers prior to booking confirmation. 

• Custom itinerary planning requires a non-refundable $50 service fee. 
• This fee covers research, curation, and consultation time. 
• Planning services will begin once the fee has been received. 
• The planning fee is separate from the cost of travel and is not applied toward bookings. 

• All changes are subject to supplier rules, availability, and applicable fees. 
• Cancellation penalties may apply and can be up to 100% of the total trip cost. 
• Curated Travels does not control supplier refund timelines. 

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have:

• Valid passports (with sufficient validity for travel dates) 
• Required visas (if applicable) 
• Compliance with all destination entry and exit requirements 

Clients are also responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to travel to and from their destination, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued identification requirements 
• Citizenship and residency requirements 
• Any restrictions related to legal status, prior travel history, or other governing regulations 

Clients are encouraged to verify all travel requirements with the appropriate government authorities prior to departure.

Curated Travels is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete documentation or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips. 
• Clients who decline insurance assume full financial responsibility for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or unforeseen events. 

Curated Travels acts as an intermediary between clients and travel suppliers.

We are not responsible for:

• Airline delays, cancellations, or schedule changes 
• Hotel or resort issues 
• Cruise line changes or interruptions 
• Weather or other unforeseen events 

• All requests should be submitted in writing (text or email preferred). 
• Standard response time is within 24–48 hours during business days. 

Curated Travels is committed to a seamless and elevated planning experience; this requires timely communication, mutual respect, and clear decision-making.

• Travel planning includes up to three (3) revisions per itinerary. 
• Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees. 

Curated Travels reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or terminate services at any time if a client fails to adhere to the outlined terms and conditions, or if professional boundaries are not maintained, including but not limited to excessive revisions, repeated last-minute requests, or disrespectful communication.

In such cases, any work completed up to that point remains billable, all payments made are non-refundable, and applicable supplier terms and conditions will continue to apply.

• Curated Travels does not place holds on flights, hotels, cruises, or other travel services without payment. 
• Pricing and availability are not guaranteed until a deposit or full payment has been submitted and confirmed. 
• Delays in confirmation may result in changes to pricing, availability, or itinerary options.
